Kennedy Goldsborough is 4th year Pharm/Tox PhD Candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). She has been funded by the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) Doctoral Scholars Program, and is currently funded by the IGNITE Kidney, Urology, Hematology (KUH) Training Grant.  Kennedy's alma mater is the illustrious Hampton University where she graduated with honors and a bachelors degree in Biochemistry. 

Co-curricularly, Kennedy has served as the President of the Pharmacology Toxicology Student Organization (PTSO) at VCU and the Secretary of the Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA).
